This Privacy Policy aims to give you information on how Alex Benyon Photography collects and processes your personal data through use of our website, purchasing our services, as well as any personal data you provide us during events and networking.

The minimum information that we need from you so that you can book one of our services is your name, address, email address, telephone number, and payment details. If this data is not supplied, we will be unable to complete the booking process. We need to retain contact information in order to fulfil the terms of the contract. Please keep us informed if your personal data changes during your relationship with us.


You may give us your name, contact details, payment details, and interest preferences by filling in forms or by corresponding with us by post, phone, email or otherwise. This includes personal data you provide when we meet face to face.

Our website does not use cookies to collect your data.

We store your details onsite in secured premises. We also store personal data on third party cloud based platforms including Sprout Studio, Mail Chimp and Quick Books. These third parties are all fully compliant with GDPR regulations. We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorised way, altered or disclosed.


How long we store your personal information depends upon the type of information we are holding and the purpose for which we need it.

We shall keep your data for the period of time you are in contract with us, to enable us to contact you and keep a record of your payments. We shall not keep your personal information for any longer than necessary to fulfil our obligations to you or to meet our legitimate business interests or legal requirements. This will usually last the length of the contract.
